1) What WishmeVibe Does

Preserve your present, revisit your future with WishmeVibe! WishmeVibe is a time capsule app that lets you store your thoughts, goals, emotions, and memories and revisit them later.

Optional AI-Assisted Features

Some features may use AI to help you create or enhance content (for example, generating prompts, summaries, or stylized images) only when you choose to upload content and request generation. When these AI-assisted features are used:

Processing occurs on WishmeVibe’s own servers (not on third-party AI services).
We do not share your uploaded text or images with any third party.
We delete the uploaded content from the AI-processing pipeline immediately after processing is completed (subject to temporary buffering for transmission and security).
You control whether to upload content and whether to generate AI outputs.

2) Information We Collect

We collect information in three ways: (A) information you provide, (B) information collected automatically, and (C) cookies and similar technologies.

A. Information You Provide

Account information: name, username, email address.
Customer support: content of messages you send us and attachments you choose to provide.
User content: text, images, and other materials you choose to store or submit for optional AI-assisted generation.

Photos, Faces, and Biometrics

We do not perform facial recognition.
We do not collect or create biometric identifiers or templates.
One-time image generation (if used) is processed only to produce the output you request and then deleted from the processing flow.
We do not use your photos or user content for model training or marketing.

B. Information Collected Automatically

Device information: device model, operating system version, language, time zone, identifiers (as permitted), and app version.
Usage information: interactions, feature usage, and performance data.
Crash logs and diagnostics: crash reports and error logs.

Location (Only With Your Permission)

When enabled, we may collect precise or approximate location information depending on what you allow. You can control this in your device settings.

C. Cookies and Similar Technologies

We may use cookies and similar technologies (including web beacons) for login, preferences, and performance measurement. Disabling cookies may affect functionality.

3) How We Use Information

Provide and maintain the Service (including account creation and login).
Personalize your experience (settings and preferences).
Improve and develop the Service (debugging, analytics, performance).
Provide customer support and respond to requests.
Protect security, prevent fraud, and enforce policies.
Comply with legal obligations and lawful requests.

We do not sell your personal information.

4) How We Share Information

We may share information only as described below and only to the minimum extent necessary:

With your consent: when you direct us to do so.
Service providers (processors): to operate the Service under contractual safeguards.
Legal, safety, and rights protection: to comply with law or protect users, the public, or WishmeVibe.
Business transfers: as part of a corporate transaction, subject to appropriate safeguards.

AI processing note: We do not share AI inputs (uploaded text or images) with third-party AI providers.

5) International Data Transfers

Your information may be processed outside your country. Where required, we use safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) or equivalent mechanisms.

6) Data Security

Encryption in transit and (where applicable) at rest
Access controls and least-privilege practices
Regular security reviews and audits
Backups and recovery procedures

No method of transmission or storage is completely secure; we cannot guarantee absolute security.

7) Data Retention

Account data: for the duration of your account.
Account deletion: deleted or anonymized within 30 days, unless required by law or legitimate security needs.
Usage data: up to 12 months (or shorter if feasible).
Support communications: up to 6 months.

8) Your Rights and Choices

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, object, withdraw consent, or request portability (where applicable).
