Preserve your present, revisit your future with WishmeVibe! WishmeVibe is a time capsule app that lets you store your thoughts, goals, emotions, and memories and revisit them later.
Features may change over time to improve reliability, safety, and compliance.

- Protect your credentials and keep your account secure.
- Notify us if you suspect unauthorized access.
You are responsible for all activity under your account.
3) Your Content
User Content includes anything you submit, upload, store, transmit, or make available through the Service.

You keep ownership of your User Content.
License to Operate the Service
You grant WishmeVibe a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, process, and display your User Content only as necessary to provide, maintain, and improve the Service, and as described in our Privacy Policy.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, WishmeVibe is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or loss of profits, revenues, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, WishmeVibe’s total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid (if any) to use the Service in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some of the above may not apply.
10) Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if we reasonably believe you violated these Terms, if needed to protect users or the Service, or if required by law.

Binding Arbitration
Except where prohibited by applicable law, disputes will be resolved by binding arbitration rather than in court. The arbitration will be conducted in English by a reputable arbitration institution, under its applicable rules, and the arbitrator’s decision will be final and binding.
Either party may seek injunctive or equitable relief for alleged misuse or infringement of intellectual property or unauthorized access to the Service.
